Requirements

To complete this Challenge, Cub Scouts should:

1. Show how they have improved in a sport or activity over a six-week period. This can be something new or a sport/activity they currently take part in.

2. Carry out a full 'body overhaul' on themselves. This might include over a two-week period - examining what they eat, how much exercise they take, how much sleep they get and how they can improve.

3. Try two new sports at least once, for example, tennis, dance, basketball.
